Powerwashing vinyl, wood and metal on a home

Need power washing on a three-story home in Jonestown TX before 4/3/2021. You will need your own equipment, your own supplies, including scaffolding for the upper levels. I have water onsite. The exterior measurements to be power washed are 23' X 23' X 30' tall (three sides), 23' X 23' X 16' tall (one side). Three sides are vinyl and one side is wood. All windows and doors on these exterior walls to be cleaned also. The roof is metal. The roof covers 525 sq ft. You will NOT be power washing the decks, porches, or any stone. The vinyl is VERY dirty and very stained. Can you clean dirty vinyl and what product do you use to do it? I want to clean it NOT prep for painting. Send your bid.
