ZebraScapes in Prescott, Arizona, has immediate openings for experienced Grounds Maintenance Foremen. ZebraScapes is looking for individuals who are self starters and highly motivated. The ideal candidates will be hardworking, responsible individuals able to undertake a variety of tasks, problem solve and show leadership skills. Candidates will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results. RESPONSIBILITES: Supervise and manage landscape crew. Communicate production goals with crew members. Coordinate workflow, hands on work, and operate a variety of machinery. Delegating tasks and overseeing the use of tools and equipment. Training new crew members. Assessing project progress and making recommendations. Ensuring all crew members obey health and safety regulations. Maintain a clean and safe jobsite at all times. Leads by example. SKILLS: Knowledge of tools and equipment. Proficient heavy equipment operating skills including mini excavators and skidloaders with various attachments. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Knowledge and experience in installing a variety of landscape applications. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
