Driver - full time 32-40 hrs

Driver needed for a linen supply and party rental company. Our warehouse is located in Ventura but the job will be driving around Ventura County in our large van or box truck doing pick-ups & deliveries, primarily for a set linen supply route but occasionally for party rental orders. Duties may include some warehouse / laundry room work. Schedule is somewhat flexible, which can be discussed at interview. This job is typically and primarily Monday - Friday. Right now Monday's are little to no hours due to Covid but that will change soon. Even though it will be rare, it is preferred that you be able to work a few hours on the occasional Saturday or Sunday for special event pick-up/deliveries. It is even less likely currently due to Covid but that may changes as parties and events resume. You also have the opportunity to earn commissions on any new accounts that you acquire and as time goes on, the ability to earn a percentage of the weekly route. Requirements of the job: Able to lift large bags of heavy laundry and be okay with sorting dirty laundry. Able to lift, stack and set-up chairs/tables. Able to speak English and have good people skills, as you will deal with customers. Have a good DMV record and have 5 yrs driving experience. Only a Class C drivers license is required.
