Immediate Need for Commercial Roofing Crews We are looking to hire a sub crew, with an excellent safety record, that has experience in the following: • Installation of vented nail base • Installation of synthetic slate • Working on a multi-story pitched roof At, our four core values are Safety, Honesty, Teamwork, and Quality – and we expect our subcontractors to uphold those values. For all new subs, we have a rigorous vetting process, to make sure your insurance and safety protocols meet our standards. Many of our jobs require certified payrolls, so all roofers on your payroll need to be employees of your company (instead of 1099). Want Full-Time Work? At the end of the day, our preference is to work with in-house employees to share in our success. If you are on-boarded as a sub and exceed expectations, we could even consider buying out your company, so that you and your crews(s) could join us full-time. Our Production crews travel to jobs throughout the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Midwest regions.
