I am a franchisee owner with Jan Pro Cleaning Systems. I currently have two accounts that need to be filled in Irving and Frisco. For the account you apply for, you must be a resident of that particular city. There is a background check that will take place and you will also need to pass a drug test. Most important is your experience because there is no training. These accounts require someone who understands the commercial janitorial industry. The account in Irving is five days a week and consists of day cleaning and has a duration of four hours daily and the hours to be cleaned are between 1:30 and 3:30. This is the two hour window where you must show up to start. The account in Frisco consists of night cleaning. Entry is after 5:30. It can be cleaned Sun thru Thursday or Monday thru Friday. The duration for this account is 2.5 hours nightly. I would prefer a two person team for this account. All supplies and equipment are provided and pay is monthly for both accounts.
