COMPANY INFO: We are a Full-Service printing company located in Beaverton, OR. WE are one of the highest quality print companies in the state both in product and customer service. WE work with a wide range of clients, from the largest ad agencies in the country to the local restaurant around the corner and everything in between. We have a very simply philosophy we do not have clients we have relationships. Our solutions are produced in-house using the latest digital printing, cutting and installation Equipment and Techniques and with the largest flatbed latex printer around there is nothing we cannot produce. You name it we print it - vinyl banners, trade show displays, interior and exterior business signage, vehicle graphics/wraps, custom lettering and graphics, booklets, business cards, standees, sanitize stations, POP, Outdoor media, design consulting and services, brochure and flyer layouts and manipulation and the list just keeps going. Plus, we are very fun group! Job Description: Full Time - As a key employee, you will be responsible for managing print production jobs, learn simple back-end design work and manipulation of art files, communicating with the sales and operation teams, and supervising quality control for projects. The successful candidate will be highly organized, able to think quickly and creatively with a positive attitude and an eye for detail, and capable of working in a dynamic, fast paced, and growing environment with the ability to change mindsets at any time. Must be flexible for varying shifts. Areas of responsibility include: • Assist daily production including all aspects of print production and adapting to daily/weekly changes to ensure deadlines and timelines are met efficiently and effectively, while staying operationally sound. • Handling production projects and campaigns from start to finish -- file preparation, print and production, cutting, hemming, grommeting, laminating, vinyl installation, and inventory. • Carry out regular maintenance and problem solving on multiple print machines. • Professional, clear, direct, and accurate in verbal and written communications; communicates daily with vendors and members of internal departments as well as with others in Management. Requirements: • Candidate must be able to multi-task and communicate well with all members of team. Must be collaborative and a positive/enthusiastic team member. • Should be a leader in internal meetings, bringing ideas and solutions to the group while managing budgets and timing behind the scenes. • Working knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. • Print production experience required. • Excellent project skills and problem solving abilities. • Ability to drive on-time, on-budget, high-quality development efforts. • Sound judgment with clear and concise thinking in regards to the escalation of project/production issues and concerns. • Inventory management and ordering of production materials based and production schedule and changes within.
