Job Title: Maintenance Technician Hours: Full-Time; Sunday - Thursday Wage: Salary (DOE), Employer paid medical & dental Qualifications: Valid Driver's License. Previous property management experience is a plus, but not required. Duties include but are not limited to: - Regular maintenance and inspection of apartment units - Completion of work orders in a timely manner - Painting, drywall repair, plumbing, carpentry, minor appliance repair and other duties necessary to turn apartment units - Common area maintenance - Frequently inspection/ clean-up of grounds Position requires ability to climb stairs and ladders, frequent lifting, pushing, carrying or pulling of 20 to 50 pounds. Daily activities include frequent kneeling, crouching, bending, and reaching. Position requires the following: - Available for on call duties. - May be required to work weekends. - Experience with appliance repair is preferred. - Ability to live on-site is preferred but not required. - Must be able to pass background check (drug, criminal, etc) - Apartment Property Maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
