If so, I am here to help! My name is Matthew Pierson and I have been cooking in some of the highest rated restaurants and professional kitchens for over 5 years. My specialties are traditional Italian cuisine, American Steakhouse & burgers, True southern cooking, and fine dining. For the cost of ingredients and $75 I will provide all professional cutlery, cookware, and instruction in the comfort of your own home. All you have to do is pick a dish and provide an oven and stovetop. I will travel anywhere in Knoxville, Sevierville, Jefferson city, Dandridge, and Morristown.
