Rehoming loving 10 month pup

Redding ca I really really hate to do this because I love my baby too much but after the house fire, he hasn't been able to run the property and now he is stuck in a 9×9 room with me in my mom. I am not able to give him the things he needs as a puppy and more 😔. He is 10 moths old and very smart, BUT VERY HIGH ENERGY. His grandparents on his dad side where wall runners. And his mother is pure bred bully. He loves any sort of dog ball and playing rope. He is friendly with almost ever dog we have ever introduced him too. But he has snapped once over a bowl of food, but he is not crazy as long as the other dog is like 3 feet away he wont care. He loves to give hugs. And loves sleeping on the bed. He has submission problems tho. He pees sometimes when you pet him when he thinks hes in trouble or will scream. I don't know why. I hate punishing him because he cries. He loves to run out property and would be a wonderful ranch/farm dog. He is afraid of horses but we haven't had a problem with any other animal. He is all bark anf will let you know if someone is here but is too afraid to do anything. I would really lobe for him to have another friend dog with him because he loves his fur brothers. I will be asking a rehoming fee and will do a home walk threw. I would love to keep in contact anf maybe do doggy play dates with his brothersthers. If you are interested please pm me thank you.
