Found Small Male Brown Dog

My wife found a sweet, small brown male dog wandering in the street near the McCullough/Jackson Keller walking trails. Not sure the breed, maybe a chihuahua/Weiner dog mix? He has a large absess near his tail. One ear is always perky and pointy, and one ear is floppy. Very sweet dog, would love to find his owner before we take him to Humane Society.
