Established commercial landscape maintenance company now hiring Team Members. As a Team Member you would be working as part of a crew under the leadership of our Team Leaders to take care of our client’s landscape needs. This includes but it not limited to mowing, weeding, mulching, and planting of seasonal color. While experience is a plus, it is not necessary as we will train you. During your day-to-day work, you are responsible for following the directions of Team Leaders & Account Managers, efficiently maintaining client properties and bringing any issues or problems to the attention of your Team Leader. This is a position offering a four-day work week with available overtime while working outdoors in various weather conditions. A good work ethic and ability to work as a team player is a must. What we offer: $100 Signing Bonus after 30 days. Full compensation package including bonuses. Health Insurance offered after 90 days Four-day work week & overtime is available. Starting pay depending upon experience & qualifications. Career advancement with valid TN driver's license. Experience within landscape industry is a plus. We are a TN Drug Free Work Place.
