Welding recommendations for quick trailer fix

Hi All, Jet ski trailers seem to go for pretty cheap, generally speaking. Well, I noticed that my trailer has a couple of cracks and I'm thinking about finding a place that can do a quick repair (and do it right), or I'm considering other options. See images. - This is happening on both sides. Both welds have crack at that same point and both have the diagonal crack happening in that location. - Does anyone know what a repair like this would cost? - Any recommendations for a local Hendersonville shop that could do it? Or a mobile unit? I'm not wanting to drop it off and leave it for any length of time. Ideally it'd be something done within a reasonable turnaround. And depending on the cost, there's one other area previously repaired that I'd like a pro to look at and advise if it's a good fix, or get a recommendation. Again, price matters since a new-ish trailer in decent condition can be bought fairly cheaply. Thanks!
