The job is farm-based, care of our sanctuary duck flock mostly inside an insulated barn and in an outdoor yard is the daily priority, with assorted farm chores thereafter as needed. Ideal candidates will be healthy, strong, physically fit, have endurance to work through all of Vermont’s weather conditions, be honest, trustworthy, reliable, consistent, and possess a strong work ethic.
