I’m looking to hire someone as a 1099 position. I own a small painting company and can’t seem to find any reliable honest help. This would be a temporary position to see if we are a good fit. I’m super easy to work with friendly. What I would like to have is someone who has integrity and common Courtesy around homeowners. I go above and beyond on jobs I want each job done with a mindset of each job big or small as if it’s a million dollar home. I do other things as well for an example replacing siding/trim etc. Would like to have someone who has general knowledge of a little of everything who if I need to leave for materiels or bid they would be ok by themselves. I currently have 4 big exterior jobs just waiting. If this interest you let me know what your looking for. Thanks
