We are looking to add the following to our team: Machine operators $20+/Hour Call Jeremiah 419-306-2390 Full time employment only Entry level base pay $10/hr. OT $20/hr plus incentives ( $24-$36) daily every day Shift premium 2nd & 3rd shift.25 cents an hour 3 shifts 8 hour shifts: 1st - 7am-3pm 2nd - 3pm-11pm 3rd - 11pm-7am Work week is Monday – Sunday Paid weekly on Fridays at our facility General employment requirements Must be able to work fulltime flexible schedules Must be able to work overtime daily or on weekends as needed Must be able to lift (up to 75lbs) throughout shift Must have basic math and reading skills (for process paperwork and gages) Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen Must have leather steel toe work boot that are oil/slip resistant and cannot look like a hiker boot or tennis shoe. It may not contain mesh Our incentive program is where you can earn an extra $24 a day if you come in and do your job. Each machine has a different target that can be achieved in about 6.5 hours and they have a full 8 hours to hit this target number. If they hit their target in a safe manner, good quality, and clean up your work station then they would get the $24 incentive for that day. On Saturday the incentive number is still the same throughout the week but they can earn $36. Then on Sunday they can earn an extra $48 for doing the same work throughout the week. Attendance does play into this if you miss 1 day in a week (Mon-Sun) then all incentives are cut in half and if you miss 2 days in a week then you get no incentives for that week because we will not reward bad behavior Salary: $20.00 to $25.00 / hour Call Jeremiah 419-306-2390 Job location: Barberton, OH 44203 Additional Information: Leave and voicemail and text message
