Job Title Maintenance Assistant Job purpose Under the general supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, performs a variety of work in the general maintenance and repair of buildings, facilities, and equipment. Assists Maintenance Supervisor with large projects. Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned. Duties and responsibilities Maintenance and repair of all existing systems: o Plumbing o Electrical o Mechanical o Sanitary and safety · Fabrication of equipment to be used on the range Preferred Skills · Ability to multi-task. · Must be able to communicate with management and supervision. · Self-starter on duties without direct supervision. · Prior general maintenance experience is desired. Working conditions This position works outdoors and may be exposed to high heat, cold and precipitation. Must be able to deal successfully with changing priorities and assignments. Flexibility of shift assignments is desired- we are open 7 days a week and on most holidays. Physical requirements Must possess the ability to work outdoors or indoors in high heat as well as cold. Must be able to lift 40+ pounds. *Please keep in mind that we are an active outdoor shooting facility open 7 days a week. Eye protection is mandatory when outside of a vehicle or any building-at ALL times.
