The goods will be sold to the highest bidder for cash at the auction unless tenant has paid in full prior to the auction. Each unit will be sold in one bid, as is. The Lessee's interest in the property ends upon this sale.  The terms are cash only and unit will be sold to the highest bidder. The winning bidder will have 48 hours to remove all items from the unit.
