Our next material handler & warehouse associate employee is expected to work independently and as part of a team to manifest inventory, unload and load truckloads of merchandise, operate basic warehouse equipment and possess good interpersonal skills. If an application doesn’t accurately display your magnificence, you can also reach out to our hiring manager directly at: Job Description: Essential Duties and Responsibilities Receive truckloads of merchandise and verify contents and accuracy Sort products into categories Basic computer skills Enter information into database Use of RF scanner Detailed focused Build pallets as merchandise is received Stock pallets in an organized fashion Retrieve pallets for delivery and load outgoing trucks aptly Provide team support in all aspects of warehouse management Follow instructions and complete tasks correctly Monitor schedules and accurately log time Identify damaged, lost or missing merchandise and notify supervisor Handle merchandise with care always Willingness to train new employees Respect yourself and coworkers always Ability and proactive willingness to learn and understand warehouse software solutions Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred but not required Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is preferred but not required Experience with warehouse management and inventory software is a plus Experience or certification with warehouse equipment (ie: forklift, pallet jack, etc.) is a plus Ability to work on feet and lift objects weighing up to 60lbs Ability to deliver against tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities. Strong work ethic and punctuality Self-motivated and resourceful with a high level of energy and drive for achievement.
