Working Supervisor Immediate opening Part Time (6 hours per day Monday through Friday 4-10PM hours a little flexible) Janitorial working supervisor. Position is in Northern, Delaware. We are looking to add quality supervisor to our commercial staff. Supervisor would handle a variety of activities (Approximately 70% supervisor 30% crew assignments) Successful candidate would be responsible to assist in training, handling customer relations, inspections, inventory/equipment control and some HR related tasks. In addition, there would be various crew duties such as Stocking paper supplies, some light cleaning and corrective cleaning as needed. Please note: Cleaning is physical work. Bending, lifting, carrying trash, vacuuming, mopping can be strenuous for some people. Please keep this in mind if you inquire about the job. Responsibilities: • Keep buildings at a high level of cleanliness and orderly condition • Maintain a working environment that is team driven to accomplish a common goal Qualifications: • Some experience as a lead person or supervisor, familiarity with cleaning equipment and processes. • Strong attention to detail • Drivers license required and Transportation preferred.
