Description

As a Highway Litter Removal Crew Member, you will be responsible for picking up litter along the state roadway in a safe manner. You will be assigned to clean up perimeters of different job sites daily which include removing litter and debris. This position includes grounds maintenance or other duties as required or assigned by the On-Site Supervisor. Work days are M-F from 7:00 - 4:00pm; occasional Saturdays. $15.00/hour – (7 Month Assignment; April 5 – November 1) JOB DUTIES: Your morning will start off by meeting your crew members at a designated location. Litter pickup includes shoulders and medians of the highway, but excludes travel lanes.· Pick up and remove litter along assigned interstates and other roadways.
