ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for general day-to-day maintenance, all make-readies, HVAC issues, and upkeep of the property * - Ensure all service requests, callbacks, and/or work orders are performed properly and promptly * - Respond to after hour calls and emergency situations such as HVAC, sewer back-ups, flooding, fires, etc

Housekeeping - Each apartment requires a deep clean from top to bottom to include bathrooms, windows, windowsills, blinds, light fixtures, fans, appliances (inside and outside), cabinets, drawers, utility closet, etc. It is physically demanding work, but the pay is rewarding if you are willing to put in the effort. You will be provided with a checklist to ensure nothing is missed.
