Drummer looking to form heavier rock band

Looking for serious musicians that would like to form original rock band. I just turned 30 and would actually like to make a go of this while I still have time. Covid shutting everything down is the perfect opportunity to start something and get a bunch of material ready for when everything opens back up. Really need a bass player above all else but guitarists and vocals are a must as well. I'm influenced by a lot of music but my main are Tool, Alice in Chains and Pearl Jam.
