We are looking for a talented and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. In this position, your chief responsibility is the Maintenance of the Property and grounds. Your duties will include the Maintenance of the Apartments and Building as well as the Grounds. Scheduling Repairs, Maintaining Inventory, and Developing Preventative Maintenance Procedures. Our ideal candidate will have knowledge of General Apartment Maintenance, Plumbing and Painting.
