Construction, remodel and/or service General Laborer needed. Basic experience is a MUST. Year round work. Job description Essential Functions: • Ability to troubleshoot, basic knowledge home improvements. Must have own basic tools. • Some basic experience with light electrical, basic plumbing, painting and drywall repair. • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are a must. • Willingness and initiative to learn. Requirements: Candidate must be able to: • Follow verbal and written direction • Read written work orders • Have flexibility to work Saturdays/Overtime • Have good attendance, reliability is expected • Have a positive attitude • Work in various temperature based on season Qualifications: • Must be at least 18 yrs. old • Able to work at a fast pace, with long periods of standing and bending or sitting • Adhere to safety policies and procedures Call/text us at 440-363-6400.
