Job Description Full-Time Position: 40-hour work week (M-F 9am-6pm) Job Overview: A capable individual committed to supporting various warehouse operations. Participate in daily activities with team members in the warehouse. Job functions include but are not limited to inventory management, product receiving, shipping, and delivery, and facility organization. Meet production, productivity, quality, and customer service standard guidelines. Compile data to provide daily reporting. Collaborate with management and other departments to ensure optimal performance within the warehouse. Primary Responsibilities Check, verify and fill customer orders accurately and within designated time frame Pick, pack and ship inventory according to client specifications Receive and enter the incoming products in the ERP system. Organize stock and maintain an accurate count of inventory – investigate discrepancies and resolve errors Inspect products for defects and damage – notify appropriate parties Examine incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy annually or mechanically load and unload inventory from pallets, skids, platforms, or other transport vehicles. Data entry, daily reporting, end of day compilation to prep for next day Abide by all company safety regulations Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures Assist with organizing warehouse space Maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas Keep warehouse clean and organized daily Requirements Minimum 3 years previous direct warehouse experience Ability to operate a forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment Ability to lift or move heavy products – at least 50 lbs. without limitation Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced small business environment Proficiency in Computers and Microsoft Office – working knowledge of word and excel and inventory software systems. Must be comfortable with the use of computers and willing to learn software systems.
