Service Porter As a service porter, you will assist our service team in providing our clients with an outstanding customer experience. Knauz Automotive Group's Commitment to You: •Life, Health and Dental plans •401k w/partial employer match •Paid vacation, holiday and personal days •State-of-the-art facilities •The training and support to help you excel in your position, while allowing you to advance within the organization Requirements •The porters are responsible for performing a variety of duties as they relate to the organization of vehicles •Preparing the vehicles for customer deliveries •Inspect the vehicles for stains, debris and damages and report any damages immediately •Transport customers and dealership personal as needed •Perform deliveries as required •Clean interior and exterior of vehicles •Keep vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving unites as directed and in accordance with dealership standards •Return vehicle keys to the appropriate secured location •Pick up vehicles from and deliver vehicles •Maintain buildings and grounds as needed •Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customer, co-workers and suppliers •Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards Qualifications: •Must meet company's requirements for employment •6-12 months of previous work experience (preferred) •Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information •Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills •Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles •Professional appearance •Demonstrated customer service skills •Must have a valid driver's license •Physical Requirements, lifting 50 to 100 lbs •Exposure to inclement weather •Ability to operate an automobile •Prolonged periods of standing, stooping and bending Education: •High school diploma or equivalent
