Higher Ground Property Management is looking to work with a contract painter/laborer Pays 12$-17$ per hour depending on experience level Job Qualifications: -Must have transportation -Must be CLEAN -Semi-experienced: tape/prep, cut in, use sprayer, basic drywall repair a plus -Reliability and consistency is key An ideal candidate will likely have additional opportunity to grow with our company if a longstanding relationship is formed. Possibility for increased work, increased pay, company vehicle, etc. over a successful 6-12 month period.
