Warehouse Employee MAC Wholesale, a fast-growing wholesale distribution company, is opening a new facility in University Park, IL. We are seeking an experienced warehouse staff to pick, pack, and ship items from our warehouse. Responsibilities ● Ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality condition with the picking, packing, and preparing of orders for shipment ● Comply with safety regulations and federal (OSHA) and state safety rules ● Work within our warehouse management system for proper documentation of all shipments and received goods ● Maintain the integrity and condition of inventory and bin locations ● Resolve shipping issues and inventory discrepancies as needed ● Maintain a safe and healthy work environment Qualifications A successful candidate will have: ● 1+ years experience in a warehouse ● knowledge of warehouse procedures and policies ● An ability to work with all levels of company staff ● Knowledge of warehouse management software ● Ability to lift 50lbs ● Must be certified or become certified to operation a forklift and electric jack ● Experience with ERP or other type of inventory management software (NetSuite preferred) COVID-19 considerations Carrier drivers are not allowed in the building. Masks and social distancing are required for all vendors and employees.
