A luxury high rise condominium on Beautiful Bayshore Blvd in Tampa, Florida, is seeking a WEEKEND PART TIME EMPLOYEE. This position involves light duty maintenance, starting at $12.00 hourly. JOB TITLE & DESCRIPTION: MAINTENANCE · Maintaining the cleanliness of building grounds · Assisting Residents as needed · Maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the pool · Handling and delivering packages/mail to Resident lobbies · Able to handle up to 50 LBs · Capable of using minor tools · Perform other duties as needed in relation to building and facility maintenance. QUALIFICATIONS: · Able to multitask and work in a fast pace environment · Be willing to be versatile with any task asked of you · Attention to detail · Have a professional appearance and demeanor. · Have strong interpersonal skills. · Be organized and maintain a neat working environment. · Have excellent customer service skills that will serve the needs of the residents. · Be effective in communication in order to handle and diffuse complaints · Maintenance experience preferred · Have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and time management · Able to lift heavy materials, walk multiple flights of stairs, and work on safe balcony like environments
