Carpenter/maintenance man - Experienced in remodeling and repairs for work on rentals and homes for reputable Real Estate Office for over 40 years in Seminole/St. Pete/Clearwater area. Permanent and Guaranteed 20 hours a week. PLEASE - MUST HAVE OWN TRUCK AND TOOLS. Handyman with good working knowledge of basic plumbing, painting, carpentry, remodeling, bathrooms, floors, kitchens etc. Must be flexible and handle emergency repairs on rentals. $17.00 to $20.00 to start. No taxes taken out - 1099 at end of year. Please have some references/photos of work. Must be fast hard worker who won't milk the clock....:). Mileage paid - preferred hours will be 9-2, 4 days a week but we might be flexible on that. Weekends off, except if an emergency (rarely but sometimes). MUST BE FLEXABLE and willing to roll up your sleeves and help with whatever. Could be putting up real estate signs one day, landscaping another, building a desk or wall, running to dump, fixing a leaky toilet, installing a hot water heater, painting...you name it. Ongoing projects - hang new front door, painting, wood rot repair, install fridge etc. install fan Please call, text, or email with experience, type of truck and what you can do.
