We are a small locally owned business providing carpet, upholstery, and tile cleaning services for both residential and commercial accounts throughout Pinellas county (We do not provide housekeeping or maid services). ----------------------- OPEN POSITION: Route Supervisor. ------------------- This position is the lead cleaning technician on all jobs and leading a team of 2-4 people when necessary. Primary job is to implement our cleaning process to provide high-quality cleaning service with outstanding customer service. As a lead technician (Route Supervisor), you will ensure the service has been implemented to the highest of quality and thoroughness as efficiently as possible. Listening to the customers needs and concerns for full customer satisfaction while educating the customer on other services and packages offered to obtain additional sales and future services. ------------------------------- RESPONSIBILITIES: ------------------------------- Drive and maintain work van. - Manage and maintain organization of all inventory, tools, and equipment within the van. -Equipment Maintenance: taking care of and cleaning the machines in between jobs and at the end of the day. Efficiently and effectively lead cleaning service: Carpet, Upholstery and Tile & Grout, Drapes, concrete, etc. Provide excellent customer service, maintaining currant relationships and developing new relationships. In-route marketing & developing leads. Sales: Educating customers to increase up sales. Assist with training new techs and continuously implement company procedures. ---------------------------- COMPENSATION BREAKDOWN: ---------------------------- Start / Training: $12.00-$13.00/ hr. (1-3 months, based on experience and performance) Fully Trained: $15.00+ / hr. + commission 1 – Week paid vacation ------------------------------- EXPECTED SCHEDULE: -------------------------- Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00pm (Can be 6:00pm). - Some Saturdays when necessary, but most weekends OFF - Sunday OFF - All major Holidays OFF -------------------------- REQUIREMENTS: ------------------------------- - Must have valid driver’s license. - Must be able to pass a criminal background check. - Must be reliable and punctual. - Must be motivated. - Must be physically able: bend up and down, carry equipment up and down stairs, work a full 8 hour shift, etc. ------------------------ EXPERIENCE: ---------------------------------------- - No Experience Necessary. Will train the right person. - Must have exceptional customer service skills - Sales skills a plus but not necessary * Reply or email us with either your resume or your currant work history.
