HVAC - Skilled Helpers/ Technicians/ Installers Skilled helper requirements: has worked in the construction industry for 5 plus years has some basic knowledge of HVAC systems and onsite experience has basic hand tools (impact, hammer drill, gauges) Skilled Technician requirements: has worked in the hvac industry for 5 plus years has experience diagnosing, trouble shooting has preformed preventative maintenances for commercial and residential has basic hand tools (impact, hammer drill, gauges, meter, vacuum pump) has clean driver lic. has EPA Certificate Skilled Installer requirements: has worked in the hvac industry for 5 plus years has experience installing residential change outs, RTU change out, rough in experience has installed residential units, preform first start has basic hand tools (impact, hammer drill, gauges, meter, vacuum pump) has clean driver lic. has EPA Certificate
