Established Real Estate Developer seeks Painter/Drywall Specialist to work on home renovations. The right candidate will have reliable transportation, basic tools, be able to pass a background check, and be looking for permanent, steady work 40 hours per week. Work is in Pinellas, Hillsborough and Manatee Counties. Must have experience/skills with wall prep, interior and exterior painting, hanging drywall, taping, mud, sanding.
