Retrospec, a fast growing outdoor products company (bicycle, skateboard, paddleboard, snow, fitness), is looking for immediate warehouse team members. Position Summary Warehouse position includes a variety of warehouse responsibilities to help orchestrate efficient and accurate shipment and receiving of orders as well as other general warehouse responsibilities. Responsibilities: Taking inventory and doing cycle counts Picking and packing orders Receiving, storing and putting away products Unloading containers Loading trucks by forklift and/or pallet jack Shrink Wrap pallets Keep the warehouse safe, organized and in working condition at all times Be able to lift heavy boxes almost daily (50 pounds) - bicycles and other large items Willingness to stay late and work occasionally on Saturday's on a need-by-need basis. Experiences & Skills Desired but not Required Forklift certification or experience Previous experience in a warehouse Great Positive attitude Detail, result and deadline oriented Positive communication and organizational skills with the ability to work in a team environment At the end of the day we just need someone who a) works hard and cares and b) gets along well with other team members. The rest can be trained. Any other warehouse/receiving/machine experience is an added plus. Education/Experience Shipping and/or Receiving, 1 year (Preferred) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour Please email resume to [email protected]
