We are currently seeking a Lead Installer/ Service Technician - MUST be able to pass a drug and background check - Possess a clean DMV record - Must have a great attitude - Must be clean cut - Great customer service skills - Must possess good communication skills - 3-5 years in the HVAC industry as a Lead Installer or Service Technician - EPA certified - Must know sub-cool / super heat charging procedures - Tight ducting methods to pass duct testing requirements - Know installation of up-flow systems / horizontal systems / package units / mini split systems / zoning / proper ducting sizing / proper brazing methods etc. - Must be a team player - Be able to work in tight spaces in high and cool temperatures - Must be able to work some overtime/some weekends - Must be able to lift 50lbs. + - Must be trainable / coachable - Must enjoy working in the HVAC industry - Take pride in your work - Advancement opportunities available to grow in our industry - Paid Holidays & Sick Pay - On-going Training - Uniform - Company Truck Compensation: (Based on experience) To become part of our exciting growing team, please apply online at www.SubcoolingHVAC.com We look forward to helping you succeed!
