5 month old Beagle puppy

I am looking to rehome our 5 month old Beagle puppy. Chico is a purebred beagle. He is fully vaccinated and not fixed. He is a very energetic and playful little guy. He loves to run and get all the attention possible. He is a very silly pup. Beagles are very intelligent and vocal dogs. Chico can be very vocal in order to get what he wants. He is not trained and would need a patient owner that has the time to teach him some manners and be potty trained. We unfortunately, do not have the time required to give Chico the attention he deserves so I am hoping to find him a wonderful family that can. He does very well with children and does not show aggression to other dogs. He has not been socialized around cats and he does bark at stray cats in the neighborhood.
