Insight Global is looking to find 100+ Immigrant Youth Care Monitor's to support a team that is working out of the San Diego Convention Center. This is an immediate need and we are looking for resources to start immediately. There is NO EXPERIENCE required. I have included the job qualifications and job description below. MUST HAVES: - Be able to start immediately - Comfortable wearing a double mask for the ENTIRE shift - Comfortable working in person given COVID - ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK – BOTH CRIMINAL AND SEX OFFENDER - HS diploma or GED – we will verify education HOURS/SHIFT - 40 hours per week supporting a 24x7 environment - Available shifts every day of the week. - Need to be flexible working weekends when needed. - 6am-2pm – $19/HR - 2pm-10pm – $20/HR - OVERNIGHT 10pm-6am – $21/HR DAY TO DAY: HHS is standing up an Immigrant Youth Care Center to support young, female migrants ages 13-17 who have been separated from their families. This will be a refugee area (the San Diego Convention Center) where these young women will live while their families are being processed by immigration. We are standing up a team to be responsible for monitoring these individuals in the care center. The monitors will be responsible for putting them in contact with appropriate person to help them with their needs (if they need assistance, in directing them to restrooms, food, healthcare, etc., they will direct them to an escort who will guide them. This individual will be responsible for monitoring the individuals and contacting the appropriate person to help them with their needs; they will not directly be responsible for their security or healthcare as security and healthcare officials are onsite.
