Some tweaker stole my keys from my car!

I'm in my 60's and only social security, but I can scrape up a $20 bill to give anyone who finds these keys! I have a feeling they were tossed into the bushes along the sidewalk. I was sitting in my car in the Seattle Lighting parking on a hot evening in the summer of 2018 listening to the mariners and dozed off. I woke up to find a dude with my driver's door open! He claimed he was just checking on me. I shewed him off, only to quickly realize he stole my spare keys from my door pocket! This happened way back July or August of 2018 near Home Depot at 74th and Tacoma Mall Blvd BUT I STILL NEED SOME OF THOSE KEYS BACK. The guy had blondish hair, and was wearing black shorts and black t-shirt, and was riding a black mountain bike (probably stolen like my keys!). I don't expect anyone to know him, I'm just hoping he tossed them somewhere in the bushes nearby and maybe an honest person found them. I looked around the next morning but found nothing but then the bushes were overgrown and thicker than now days. There was a black Saturn key, a Club key, several door keys, a bike lock key and several padlock keys. Please help me find these! I already replaced my ignition switch and bought a new club, but need those other keys. They had a belt hook on silver ring. Thanks for your time.
