Medical Equipment Delivery Technicians (10 positions) Special Care Medical is a Joint Commission accredited Home Medical Equipment provider, that has provided respiratory and home health equipment for over 33 years. From the hospital environment to the home setting, Special Care Medical ensures continuity of care. Our patient's needs are our number one priority. We specialize in providing contract services for our VA hospital and Hospice contracts throughout the Southeast. Special Care Medical is in need of several full–time and part-time medical equipment delivery technicians for the Charlotte, NC. HME/ DME experience is preferred, but not required; as all training will be provided. We are looking for responsible team players with a good driving records, clean background check, and a great attitudes. We have 6 full-time positions available. (We will consider other FT options) A. Two= Sunday through Wednesday 9:00 AM- 7:30 PM (10hr days+ lunch) B. Two= Monday through Thursday 9:00 AM- 7:30 PM (10hr days+ lunch) C. Two= Monday through Thursday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (8hr days + lunch) We have 4 part- time positions available. (We will consider other PT options) D. One= Monday - Wednesday 9:00AM- 7:30 (10hr days+ lunch) E. One= Sunday – Tuesday 9:00AM- 7:30 (10hr days+ lunch) F. One= Thursday - Saturday 9:00AM- 7:30 (10hr days+ lunch) G. One= Tuesday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (8hr days + lunch) Technician requirements: • Delivery, set-up, and in-service on medical equipment. • Loading and unloading of equipment in vans, and patient homes. • Deliver and pick-up equipment throughout several counties in and around Charlotte. • Pick-ups / equipment cleaning. • On-call will be required, in rotation. Pay: We offer competitive pay rates that are based on experience and position. All employees will be paid weekly. Benefits: • PTO- Paid vacation= 80 hrs. per year / 120 hrs. per year after 3rd year. Paid Sick time= 48 hrs. per year. • Insurance- We will pay 70-75% of insurance for employee and 20-25% of family • Paid Holidays- The six paid holidays are as followed: 1. New Year’s Day 2.
