maintenance tech needed for condo in Destin. Jetty East is one of the most respected properties in the Destin area. We need qualified people who are experienced in all areas of building maintenance including but not limited to drywall, plumbing. electrical, flooring, painting, carpentry, wood working, concrete, cpo certification, A/c EPA certification ect... We are looking for someone who is very mechanically inclined and good at trouble shooting. enjoys a challenge, and wants to learn new skills. this is a full time, year round position with some overtime. you will need to be able to work weekends, be drug free and have reliable transportation. we offer good pay, half of your medical, 401k, paid holidays, and paid vacation, plus use of our beach on your off time for you and your family.
