Location: Topeka, KS Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour Essential Job Duties Include: Clean and disinfect rooms, hallways, restrooms, offices, stairways, entrances, and windows. Sweep, mop hard floors; Vacuum carpeted areas Regularly empty trash and replace liners Clean windows and mirrored surfaces; polish stainless steel, water fountains, elevators, and horizontal surfaces. Dust fixtures, shelves, and counters Follow and comply with all applicable health and sanitation procedures Follow all safety policies Other duties as assigned Applicant Requirements: Must Clear a Background Check and Drug Screening Must have Reliable Transportation Schedules: 2 to 8 hour shifts (full-time and part-time positions available) Monday through Friday; Weekends available Day, evening and night shifts Preferred Experience: Building cleaning and maintenance work: 1 year (Preferred) Midwest Maintenance is the largest minority-owned and female-owned building service contractor in Nebraska, with more than 55 years of experience in providing high-quality cleaning services.
