Remodeling helper needed

I am looking to add another member to my team. I do a variety of remodeling services: painting, siding, carpentry, bathroom and kitchen remodels, handyman services. An ideal candidate will have some experience in home remodeling, but isn't required. The main things I'm looking for in a candidate is someone who shows initiative, can arrive on time, communicate, and a willingness and desire to learn the skills needed for this job. This could be an excellent opportunity for someone that wishes to apply themselves and learn under me. Some form of transportation, and cellphone is required. This is a 1099 position, but 40 hours of work or more, if interested will be available. Starting pay will be $10-$25/hr depending on experience, tools, versatility, and skill set We work hard and like to have fun while we're doing it. I look forward to hearing from you!
