By The Blade is seeking a full-time, dependable, safety-minded LANDSCAPE GARDNER with crew leader experience. Horticulture expertise in bed maintenance, plant & flower cultivation and management is required. Job Duties/Qualifications 3+ years supervisory, crew leader. 3+ years general plant knowledge, horticulture experience. 3+ years customer service. Performs quality work and supervisory duties in a safe, timely manner. Service and team oriented. Flexibility with regard to work assignments and schedule. Valid Class E license with clean driving record. Must pass DOT physical for medical certificate. Dependable transportation to and from work. Benefits EOE employer.
