Framing carpenter with experience wanted

This is to hire someone to join our crew of construction pirates for a decent size job. Looking for a wood mercenary, a freelance carpenter/builder/framer kind of person. Open to different experience levels, all races, genders, and/or lackthereof, pay negotiable. Base pay $20/h. Have decent experience $25/h Lots of experience? $30... as much as $35 if you're a pro. Ideally, you have your own basic tool kit: driver, drill, hammer, speed square, tape, tool belt. We've got 'em but... if you know... you know how this generally goes. Our sites are drug and alcohol-free. (I know ironic I said we were pirates) If we find you using or drinking on-site you will be asked to leave indefinitely without pay. It is just too dangerous for the rest of our crew. Light/medicinal 420 OK. Whatever you do on your own time is on you but don't be the guy that gets paid and doesn't show for work the next day. This gig will be about a month-long most likely starting mid-April through mid-may. Hope it works... There is a lot of work coming in these days. We have had to pass on a few things.
