Looking for a capable and reliable person to drive a 16 foot box truck. The job involves driving the specified route around MA, making stops to pick up and drop off loads. Lifting of merchandise weighing 15-20lbs will be involved. Requirements for the job: - Clean driving record (MVR check will be performed prior to hiring) - Valid DOT card is required - Must be able to drive a 16 foot box truck, would need to drive a 26 foot box truck occasionally (once every 3 months) - Capable of maintaining the truck (cleaning, refueling, bringing it for oil change and maintenance). Cost will be covered. - Must commit to working 1-2 days a week, ~10 hours per day. Day of the week and start time are completely flexible. - 1 day per week for the first month as a trial period, then 2 days week. Occasionally a 3rd day might be needed, advance notice will be given. - Capable of lifting weight to load and unload from the truck - Must have a reliable smartphone (will be reimbursed for data) Email if you are interested and the desired hourly rate.
