Need help moving bookcases and other stuff

We need help moving some bookcases, cleaning stuff in the backyard and loading the car to take things to Goodwill. We have too much stuff and are trying to get rid of some of it. We are junior hoarders. It is not like the TV show hoarders, I mean there are no lost pets or children in our house and we do take the trash out every day but we have like 16 frying pans and 3 popcorn makers. We need some help. Please do not send an email asking for more money. I make less than $15. This will be a several-day project. The first day will be a few hours only to see if things will work out but I need someone for about five days.
