Description
Hiring floor technician to assist with upkeep of all types of flooring including VCT, ceramic tile, stone, laminate, carpeting. Position would also entail a small degree of utility as needed, being used for odd jobs and tasks such as cleaning facilities, completing work orders at customer request and could range from transporting supplies, cleaning windows, training others how to use a piece of equipment, to any number of odd jobs.
Majority of position would be based on floor care, and other tasks would be on an as needed basis.
Experience should include VCT floor care specifically.
Ability to work well with others and willingness to take direction from team lead necessary.
Home office located in Orlando, FL. Transportation to meet at office to dispatch to jobs required. Company vehicle driven by team lead used to go to site.
Work is throughout central and north regions of Florida.
Majority of jobs are in the late afternoon to night shifts into early morning hours.
There is no set days or times of work, time of facility availability dictates work hours.
