Diamond Lawn Care Services is looking for an EXPERIENCED landscaper immediately. We have been in business for 5 years maintaining residential homes. We are looking for that right person to compliment our current staff. If you are a dedicated person looking for a full-time job 40 hours a week, please contact us immediately. Neat appearance a must. Pay based on experience. The job includes performing landscape maintenance services such as weed eating, edging, mowing, blowing, plant installation, installing mulch and/or pine straw, sod installation, specialty pruning, irrigation installation and repairs, and more. PLEASE READ ALL THE WAY TO THE END. Job Description. (1) Must have a valid drivers' license and clean driving record. (2) Must have YOUR OWN transportation to and from work. (3) Must be able to run maintenance schedule. (4) Must perform above quality service. (5) Need to know how to run all equipment associated with lawn and plant maintenance. (Mowers push and ride on, weed eaters, hedgers, stick edger’s, blowers and all hand tools.) (6) The ability to maintain equipment (helpful). (7) Must have a great attitude and work ethic. (8) Must have at least 2-3 years experience. (9) Must have a good eye to improve the quality of work on all properties. (10) Must have some knowledge of mixing chemicals and how to apply them. (11) Must have knowledge on how to trim shrubs and ornamental trees. (12) Must be able to work with fellow employees (NO DRAMA). (13) The ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
