Business is booming and we’re looking for a fulltime crew leader to provide world class service to our customers and coach, mentor and lead one of our crews. Our crew leaders are successful because they take ownership of their crew’s jobs and share in the rewards of leaving every customer with the pride of having a beautifully maintained yard. Here’s what we need from you:  Incredible work ethic. You’re focused on the job at hand and do whatever it takes to complete the job correctly, on time and on budget.  5 years of landscaping experience. You have the experience to use all types of tools used in our jobs and know how to motivate your crew to take pride in their work.  Be prepared for a successful day at 7 AM each day.  Be available to work on Saturdays as needed.  Be professional and polite on the job site and in life in general.  100% focused on pleasing our customers.  Enjoy working and being a part of team.  Able to multitask and make good decisions quickly and under pressure.
