Preference given to licensed and insured individuals! Exterior: Master bedroom new window needs exterior framing finished; remove original white siding on this wall and replace with new gray vinyl siding (provided); repair fascia above window. Replace all gutters/downspouts. Screened Patio: re-screen one door; wall over old door opening & cover with original white siding pieces and paint over. Front of house/enclosed Florida room: sheetrock existing framed walls & ceiling; front door needs frame molding finished (provided); install vinyl flooring/tile. Kitchen: install plexiglass panel for sunlight, frame and trim Bathroom: install new tub faucet; re-grout floor Master Bathroom: re-grout floor Electrical: needs GFI in kitchen (bathroom done); possible replacement of existing fuse box; finish live wire connections for lighting in enclosed Florida room.
